Update: We have just concluded our 3rd transaction with Jill and her team and just as I stated below, they have all been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We are now officially in our dream home thanks to Jill! Even with the stress of having a gap between our 2 closings, Jill and her team remained attentive and followed up just enough - not too often, but enough to check in and make sure my husband and I were comfortable with the process and did not have any concerns or questions. My husband and I were referred to Jill Petersen based on her excellent reputation and her proximity to the area we were looking to relocate in Sandy Springs. We connected with Jill almost immediately as her personality is warm and easy going at the same time she is extremely professional. We relied on Jill to find the perfect neighborhood as we knew very little about the Atlanta area and wanted to find a house that matched our commuting needs as well as our lifestyle. We had a limited time to find a house as we were only in the area for less than week. Jill scheduled showings in a number of different neighborhoods in an efficient way as to maximize the # of houses we could visit. She quickly learned what we liked and didn’t like and refocused our search to those neighborhoods that matched. During the showings she allowed us to form our own opinions but at the same time pointed out certain pluses and minuses. We never felt as though she was pushing us to like or dislike any particular home. We eventually found the perfect the neighborhood and entered into a contract on a house. Jill was there through all the inspections keeping us informed at all times as by then we were back in New Jersey. She was extremely responsive and eager to help out in any way she could. Ultimately we did not move forward with that house due to structural concerns revealed during due diligence. So back to square one. Jill was back in the hunt for us showing us homes remotely via FaceTime and donning gloves and a face mask as Covid 19 restrictions were now in full force. She exuded that same energy and professional throughout. Fortunately we were able to find another house in that same development and successfully closed within 30 days.
