We used the help of Rachel Ross to sell our home in Smyrna, GA during this winter and she was outstanding. Before choosing her as a real estate agent, we attempted to sell our property without success the past year. Rachel presented herself, Petersen Partners company and her methodology with a strong marketing value and social media presence and I could tell she and her company put a lot of work into their listings with pictures, staging advice and marketing campaigns. We spoke with Rachel and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.
